• Training Need Assessments (TNA) of officers
• Processing the cases of officers for mandatory trainings
• Selection of officers for various training courses
• Periodic review of training modules in Governmental and non-governmental institutes
• Coordinating all public sector training institutions and developing liaison between training institutes and NSPP
• Undertaking impact assessments of training courses after regular intervals
